At the AVEDA hairdressing salon Nonshalòn in Munich Haidhausen, we take the time for our guests and their hairstyle requests. ​ The visit begins with an intensive type consultation.
Together with our guests we would like to find the individual dream hairstyle and the right hair color. Soothing head, neck and shoulder massages let guests quickly forget the stress of everyday life.
In our salon you should only do one thing - relax and let yourself be pampered from head to toe! ​ We are a professional, family team that is very familiar with the latest trends and cutting techniques and we only use high-quality aromatic oils and the exclusive hair care and styling products from AVEDA and Sassoon for our work. ​
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a trained hairdresser (m/f/d) or a master hairdresser (m/f/d) part-time or full-time.

Completed vocational training as a hairdresser (m/f/d) or master hairdresser (m/f/d)

We are a professional, familiar team in the AVEDA hairdressing salon Nonshalòn in Munich Haidhausen which is very familiar with the current trends and cutting techniques and we only use high-quality aromatic oils as well as the exclusive hair care and styling products from AVEDA and Sassoon for our work.
Your duties will include:

Warmly welcoming our guests with service from greeting them, introducing them to the team, handing them over to our stylists and saying goodbye

Making appointments and looking after guests in person and by telephone

Maintaining our appointment calendar and optimizing assignments

Supporting the team in their work with guests (e.g. taking off jackets, bringing drinks) and in the salon (e.g. minor cleaning work, tidying shelves)

Planning and implementation of salon events (e.g. champagne reception, lectures, DJ evening)

Planning and implementation of sales promotions (e.g. 20% Aveda Easter promotion on, offer of additional services)

Accompanying the actions and everyday life on our social media channel

Learning product knowledge and actively advising guests

Adhering to our hygiene concept and salon procedures as well as salon maintenance such as assisting with workstation rework/helping with laundry
Your qualifications:

Friendly, well-groomed and confident appearance

Very good knowledge of German, knowledge of English is an advantage

Communication skills and ability to work in a team

General conditions:
- 30 - 40 hrs. week
- Working hours can be arranged from Monday to Saturday depending on our opening hours
